Shree Narayan Greentek Pvt. Ltd. (SNG) has proudly partnered with Zhejiang Castchem New Materials Co., Ltd., a Sino–US joint venture led by Castchem Inc. (Hangzhou & USA), to introduce the STMMA series of advanced molding materials to the Indian market.

Castchem is a global leader in the development and production of STMMA (foamable copolymer resin) for lost foam castings. With three invention patents and over twenty utility model patents, Castchem is recognized as the only foundry resin manufacturer of its kind in China. Its patented “new-model expandable STMMA copolymer resin and preparation method” has received both Chinese and US patents, reinforcing its position as a pioneer in resin innovation.

Since 2020, SNG has been actively engaged in the Indian foundry industry—driving the adoption of innovative Lost Foam Processes and building a sustainable ecosystem around it. In this process, the choice of molding material plays a crucial role — and STMMA copolymer resin beads provide unmatched reliability and performance.

• STMMA Beads: Ideal for high-performance castings in gray cast iron, plain carbon steel, ductile iron, mild steel, alloy steel, copper alloy, and stainless steel.
• STMMA-FD Beads: Designed as a superior replacement for EPS beads for medium and low-end castings in gray cast iron, plain carbon steel, and select ductile iron applications.

To ensure quality and reliability, SNG operates a centralized cold-storage facility for resin beads. This allows us to preserve materials under optimal conditions and deliver a continuous, timely supply to customers across India — with complete consistency and efficiency.
